BDC receives 2019 Mayor’s Grant for Cultural Impact
We’re working with the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice to expand Claremont Illuminated.
The BDC is thrilled to announce that we’ve received a 2019 Mayor’s Grant for Cultural Impact from the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs! An outgrowth of the #CreateNYC cultural plan, Cultural Impact grants support partnerships between cultural organizations and City agencies aimed at addressing major civic and social issues.
We’re working with the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice to expand Claremont Illuminated, a partnership to engage residents in promoting community safety and connections through a series of specially designed nighttime artworks and programming. Watch video of the announcement on www.bronxnet.org.
